전남광주 '60분 생활권' 청신호…국도·국지도 8개 지구 예타 통과_我的网站

A |     1조8000억대 8개 지구…전국 최다 사업비 확보                   전남광주통합특별시 무안청사 전경.(재판매및 DB금지)뉴스1(광주=뉴스1) 최성국 기자 = 전남광주통합특별시 '60분 생활권' 조성의 전제인 8개 지구 도로망이 제6차 국도·국지도 건설계획 반영을 위한 '예비타당성조사'를 최종 통과했다.이번 예타 통과에서 전남광주특별시 사업은 1조 8328억 원 규모의 8개 지구로, 전체 사업비(8조 8928억 원)의 20.6%를 차지하며 전국에서 가장 많은 사업비를 확보했다.26일 전남광주통합특별시에 따르면 전남광주 8개 지구가 기획예산처의 제7차 재정투자평가위원회 심의를 통해 예비타당성조사를 통과했다.예타 조사를 통과한 8개 지구는 △강진 마량~군동 국도 4차로 확장(18.0㎞·2682억 원) △고흥 도덕~도화 국도 2차로 개량(13.7㎞·1257억 원) △완도 약산~금일 국도 2차로 신설(7.9㎞·4550억 원) △장흥 대덕 연지~순지 국도 4차로 확장(20.1㎞·3694억 원) △해남 북일~강진 도암 국지도 2차로 개량(14.2㎞·1182억 원) △구례~순천 황전 국도 4차로 확장(4.6㎞·1232억 원) △순천 해룡 국도대체우회도로 4차로 신설(4.6㎞·1672억 원) △화순 도암~춘양 국지도 4차로 신설(9.1㎞·2059억 원) 등이다.8개 사업의 본격 추진되면 도서지역과 내륙, 주요도시, 관광·산업·물류거점 간 연결성이 강화돼 전남광주통합특별시의 '60분 생활권' 구축에 속도가 붙는다.제6차 국도·국지도 건설계획은 올해부터 2030년까지 도로계획을 반영한다. 그간 전남광주는 통합된 하나의 생활권을 뒷받침 하기 위한 정부 차원의 교통 정책·예산 지원이 필수적으로 꼽혀왔다.국도 23호선 강진 마량~군동 4차로 확장은 강진 마량항에서 수산물 물류를 개선하며 최근 '강진 반값관광' 활성화에 따른 교통수요에 대응한다.국도 77호선 고흥 도덕~도화 2차로 개량사업은 마을을 관통하는 기존 1차선 국도 구간을 우회하고 설계기준 미달 구간을 개선한다.국도 27호선 완도 약산~금일 구간은 전남광주통합특별시 예비타당성조사 대상 중 유일한 해상교량 사업이다.영광에서 부산까지 이어지는 서남해안 일주 관광도로 전남광주통합특별시 구간의 마지막 단절 구간을 연결한다. 교량 건설을 통해 서남해안 해양관광을 활성화하고, 완도 금일읍에서 내륙까지 이동시간이 약 1시간 단촉돼 주민 정주여건 전반이 개선될 수 있다.국도 23호선 장흥 대덕 연지~순지 4차로 확장사업은 장흥군 남북측의 유일한 간선도로망이다.구례군 핵심관문인 국도 5호선 구례~순천 황전 4차로 확장사업이 마무리되면 구례군민이 40% 이상 밀집된 권역의 접근성이 크게 넓어질 것으로 기대된다.순천 해룡 국도대체우회도로는 순천만국가정원과 도심지를 통과하는 국도 2호선의 교통량을 분산해 도심 교통혼잡을 줄이고 광양만권과의 접근성을 개선하는 역할을 하게 된다.국지도 58호선 화순 도암~춘양 4차로 신설사업은 현재 설계 중인 나주 금천~화순 도암 구간과 연계된다. 결과적으로 광주·나주권과 동부권을 연결하는 중부내륙 간선도로망의 한 축을 담당하게 된다.통합특별시는 이번에 예비타당성조사를 통과한 8개 사업과 함께 총사업비 500억 미만의 예타 비대상 사업 4개 지구의 제6차 국도·국지도 건설계획 반영을 위해 지속 노력하고, 2027년 실시설계를 착수할 수 있도록 국고 확보에도 적극 대응할 방침이다.민형배 특별시장은 "이번 예비타당성조사 통과는 시민들과 지역 국회의원, 시의원, 시·군이 함께 힘을 모은 결과"라며 "해당 사업들이 조기에 추진되도록 모든 행정력을 집중하겠다"고 말했다.。    Disgraced singer-songwriter R.
